Heard rival submissions. The applicant - claimant is seeking service to respondent No.1 through paper publication. According to learned Counsel for the applicant, respondent No.1 in the lower Court was served on the address where she was working. However, now she is not residing on the said address. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to necessary charges to be paid directly to the concerned newspaper. 2.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
