Mr. Kale, learned counsel submits that the respondent No. 3 be directed to put the provisional voters list as submitted by the petitioner on 7.9.2015.

Mr. Kadam, the learned counsel submits that in fact administrator is appointed on the petitioner - society, there is dispute with regard to the voters list. The voters list will have to

2 wp 9477.16 be finalized as per the entire record. The record was not being submitted by the Chairman of the petitioner - society. Now the record is received.

As the record is received, there is no impediment for the authorities to proceed further with the election programme, of course, upon the petitioner complying with the requirements. 5.

It is stated that administrator is appointed on the petitioner - society. The authorities shall proceed ahead for preparation of the provisional voters list and further election programme in accordance with law. The administrator of the petitioner - society shall also cooperate in that regard. 6.
