Learned counsel for the parties refer to that challenge in the present writ petition had been to Government Resolution dated 27-09-2012 revising structure of Watershed Committee and removal of petitioner with immediate effect from the post of president of erstwhile Watershed Committee. The term was for five years. The term of the petitioner had been Gajanan

Since the purpose underlying writ petition with the passage of time, gets worked out, petitioner is not interested in prosecuting writ petition further. Writ petition is disposed of. 3.
