The petitioner prays that the proposal dated 12.12.2018 seeking validation of his claim of belonging to the "Mannerwarlu Scheduled Tribe (27)" be decided expeditiously.

The learned AGP submits that the Committee could decide the claim by 31.03.2023. The Vigilance Cell Enquiry is pending. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction that the Committee would decide the claim of the petitioner on or khs/Dec.2022/10140

- 2 - before 31.03.2023. The Vigilance Cell Enquiry be concluded by 31.01.2023. The petitioner would render wholehearted co-operation and shall refrain from seeking adjournments on unreasonable or trivial grounds, lest the Committee would be at liberty to progress to the next stage in the enquiry.
