It is a matter of of reimbursement of fees in respect of 25% students admitted by the petitioners under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned advocate Mr. Kulkarni waives service for the respondent No. 1. Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 - State. Learned Advocate Mr. Suryawanshi waives notice for respondent No. 5. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to undertake scrutiny of the petitioners' proposal independently on its own merits and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four (04) weeks from today and if they are found entitled to get reimbursement, shall disburse the money to them within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter.
