1] Mr.Bayas, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated. The petitioner has filed Writ Petition bearing No.2628 of 2020 before this Court. This Court has granted interim relief in favour of the petitioner, thereby directing not to take adverse action against the petitioner. Now the petitioner is placed on supernumerary post.

2] The petitioner may file an application for legitimate relief in respect of the same wherein invalidation is challenged.
