Learned counsel for the appellant submits that during pendency of appeal, the appellant and respondent have obtained the decree of divorce by mutual consent and the marriage between the appellant and respondent has been dissolved as per the decree passed.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that along with the withdrawal pursis, the appellant has produced the copy of decree passed in H.M.P. Case No.87/2019 dated 28.08.2019 by 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar.
