This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, with following substantive prayer:

"(C) By issuing writ or order in the like nature of directions to the respondent no. 2 and 3 may kindly be directed to conduct the inquiry in respect of application dated 28-1-2018, 28-2-2018 (ExhibitC) and as per the inquiry officer appointed by the Block Development officer, Graded-2 by letter dated 27.4.2018 and 27.2.2018 and directed to submit reports before this Hon'ble Court."

In our opinion, the petitioner before filing this petition, should have to approach to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Beed. 3.

In that view of the matter, we grant liberty to the petitioner to approach to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Beed and to file representation.

In case the petitioner files representation, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Beed to take decision on such representation, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of six weeks from filing such representation by the petitioner, in accordance with law and the Government Policy. It would be open for the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed to consider this petition itself as a representation. In case, while taking such decision principles of natural justice are required to be followed, the concerned authority to follow the same and render the decision.
