It is undisputed that the Petitioner and her husband had both tendered choices for seeking transfers. It is also undisputed that both have been transferred to places from amongst the options that they had exercised. However, the contention of the Petitioner is that being a couple, both should be around 30 kilometers of each other and presently, they are beyond 75 kilometers.

It is submitted that the Petitioner has tendered a representation dated 08.08.2023. It is fairly stated that she has

*2* 32wp10984o23 already joined at the place of transfer. Hence, she prays that the representation may be considered in the light of the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let Respondent No.3 look into the representation forwarded by the Petitioner and depending upon the vacancy available, make an attempt to bring the couple closer to each other, if it is feasible to do so.
