By way of present writ petition, the petitioner/husband challenges the impugned order dated 23.11.2022 passed below Exh. 5 in R.C.A. No. 43/2020 by which petitioner is directed to pay amount of Rs.7500/- p.m. to the respondent/wife an an interim maintenance from the date of filing of application i.e. 9.6.2020 till final decision of the appeal.

The order is passed on 23.11.2022 and the petition is filed in the year 2025. There is huge delay in challenging the impugned order. Amount of Rs.7500/- is granted by way of an interim maintenance to the wife and the same is not exorbitant. No case is made out to interfere in the impugned order. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
