I have considered the submissions of the learned Advocates for the respective parties. The applicant seems to be a person, who has been appointed in place of respondent No.1. A decision in this petition is likely to affect the rights of the applicant. 3.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. The petitioner shall add the applicant as respondent no.4. Addition be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the added respondent No.4 in the writ petition. Shri. Barde and Shri Jahagirdar waive service of notice and cause appearance on behalf of the added respondent. 5.

All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed within a period of two weeks.
