Learned Advocate appearing for applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the Application for approaching the same Court i.e. learned Additional Sessions Judge, Shrirampur who had imposed conditions to the bail while granting bail to respondent Nos.3 to 14.

Since it is the only point that applicant want to agitate that there is breach of term of the bail, he should approach the said Court first and he ought not to have come to this Court directly.
