In case, the petitioner has filed an application for rental compensation and if the same is pending with respondent no.3 (Page No.28), then respondent no.3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and preferably within a period of nine (09) months after hearing all parties concerned.

In case the amount of rental compensation is determined and petitioner is entitled to the said amount, then the amount of rental compensation shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of three (03) months thereafter.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
