Learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that in the original proceedings i.e., in Writ Petition No. 4312/2020 notices are yet to be issued to the Respondents.

Perusal of the Application indicates that though delay is long, it is not deliberate. No prejudice will cause to the Respondents if the application is allowed.
