After arguing at length, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order as may be passed and, if the same is adverse to the interest of the petitioner, by way of appropriate proceedings. 2.

With the aforesaid liberty, petition is allowed to be withdrawn with further observation to the effect that in case, pursuant to the hearing given to the petitioner if the decision has not been taken by the competent authority as yet, the competent authority is directed to consider the law laid down by a Division Bench of this Court on 10th July, 2017 in Writ Petition No.8587 of 2016 (Smt. Munoli Rajashri Karabassappa vs. State of Maharashtra through Secretary & ors.) and take appropriate decision.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
