1] The present Civil Application is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased appellant no.2, namely, Rambhau Dagadu Jadhav.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that appellant no.2 has expired on 22nd July, 2022 and the present Civil Application is filed on 13th September, 2023. Therefore, the present Civil Application may be allowed in the interest of justice.
