This application is filed under Section 439(2) of Cr.P.C. seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted in favour of respondent Nos. 2 to 5, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambajogai, on 24/11/2020, in Crime No.305/2020, registered with Parali City Police Station, District Beed, under Sections 3 and 7 of the Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1987 and Section 409 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard learned advocate for applicant, learned advocate for respondent Nos. 2 to 5 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that charge-sheet in the present matter is filed on SVH

Taking into consideration these developments, it is not desirable to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to respondent Nos. 2 to 5 in the year 2020. In the result, application is rejected. (NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.) SVH
