Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has challenged the bye-laws. The Revision is filed on 25.06.2021 along with the application for condonation of delay. The same is not decided by respondent no. 1.

We are not inclined to pass any order in the present writ petition. There is an application for condonation of delay pending. Naturally, the same will have to be decided after hearing all parties concerned.

Respondent no. 1, may decide the application for condonation of delay on it's own merits, after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously.
