The learned A.G.P. has tendered the affidavit-in-reply dated 30/08/2023 on behalf of Respondent No.4, through Mrs. Bharati Annasaheb Sagare, Deputy Collector, Jaikwadi Project, Beed. In paragraph Nos.7 and 8, it has been set out as under :- "7.

I say and submit that, the said file was pending with the said office for the above mention compliance. I say that, this deponent was on leave from 01.08.2022 to 01.06.2023 on Medical ground (Due to accident). I say that, this deponent join her duty on 02.06.2023. I say that, it is true that, there are lapses on the part of this deponent for noncomplying the order passed by this Hon'ble High Court for which, leave on medical reason is not excuse.

I say and submit that, this deponent again tendering her unconditional apology with folded hands for inconvenience caused to this Hon'ble High Court and same may kindly be accepted. I say that, the deponent undertake to this Hon'ble High Court to complete the said land acquisition proceedings under the provision of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition and Resettlement Act, 2013 within a period of one year from the stage of Notification Under Section. 19 of 2013 Act and passed the award Under Section 25 of 2013 act and also compensation amount will be paid to the claimant as per award immediately."

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner is satisfied and submits that, appropriate orders be passed. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, taking into account the statement set out in paragraph No.8. Needless to state, the timeline prescribed under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, would be followed.
