By this application, applicant/claimant seeks modification of the order passed by this Court on 03.03.2017, whereby applicants/claimants were permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount on furnishing undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety.

Applicants have withdrawn 50% amount, however, since they could not furnish solvent surety, present application is moved.

Learned advocate for applicants submits that applicants are ready to furnish solvent security, hence, they may Bhagyawant Punde
