The Petitioner's contract to operate an E-Seva Kendra at village Jawali, Tq. Kannad is abruptly terminated. A contract is signed with another person who is not added as a Respondent. The cause of action is as regards alleged unlawful termination of a contract.

The learned AGP submits that the Petitioner can file a suit for damages.

In view of the above, the learned advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this petition in order to prefer a suit for damages. This petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as is permissible in law.
