Present application is filed for recalling the order of the Registrar Judicial dated 4.7.2023, dismissing the appeal for non removing the office objections and for restoring the first appeal. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that there was financial constraints and the applicants could not arrange amount for depositing court fees within time.

For the reasons stated in the application, the restoration application is allowed. Appeal is restored by condoning the delay of 31 days caused in filing the restoration application.

The applicants are granted four weeks time to remove the office objections.
