Leave to amend granted.

A private businessman is before this Court, expecting that this Court should carry out a recovery of his business bill of Rs.95,99,502/- and ensure that the amount is deposited in his Bank account. A recovery suit has not been filed.

We decline to do the job of a recovery agent. 4.

The learned Advocate for the Nagar Parishad submits that if any amount is undisputed, the Nagar Parishad may consider paying the Petitioner. For the disputed amount, the Petitioner may resort to recovery suit.
