Learned AGP is placing the order passed by the Government on 13.2.2024 i.e. by way of the communication by the Deputy Secretary, School Education and Sports Department to the Director of the Education, Secondary and Higher Secondary. He is also placing on record the communication dated 8.10.2024 in turn given by the Education Officer, Secondary, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar to the petitioner informing the decision taken by the Government vide said letter dated 13.2.2024. The Government appears to have decided the proposal.

Under such circumstance, there is no need to take any action under the Contempt of Courts Act against the respondents. If at all petitioners are aggrieved by the said

cp 669.18.odt decision, the remedy is elsewhere. Contempt petition stands disposed of.
