The applicant i.e. original accused no.2 - Vilas Ramdas Misal is seeking suspension of substantive sentence of imprisonment for the period of three years. Though the learned A. P. P. has strongly opposed the application, but it seems that the applicant was on bail

{3} during the trial. Moreover, the learned Trial Court i.e. the convicting Court has already released him on furnishing P. R. and S. B. of Rs.15,000/-.

In view of the same, the substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed upon the applicant - original accused no.2 - Vilas Ramdas Misal by the learned Trial Court in Sessions Case No. 11 of 2021, on 03.08.2023, is hereby suspended during the pendency of this appeal on furnishing fresh P.
