Compromise terms dated 31.03.2022, between the parties before us have been tendered before the learned School Tribunal in Appeal No.16/2021.

The Roznama indicates that after the compromise terms were tendered, the Tribunal granted several dates. For some reasons, some of the parties have not remained present before the Tribunal. 3.

We are informed that the matter is now posted on khs/Sept.2023/10999

- 2 - 07.09.2023. If all the parties to the proceedings are present before the learned Tribunal on the said date, we are confident that the learned Tribunal would pass appropriate orders on the compromise terms below Exh.18.
