Mr.A.M.Phule for Appellant/State, Mr.J.B.Desai - the Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Purna Project, Latur are present. The learned Counsel for respondents/claimants Mr.H.B.Nandgavale h/f Mr.V.G.Sakolkar is present.

Parties have agreed that compensation awarded by the reference Court is covered by Government Resolution dated 3rd November, 2016 read with subsequent corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018. In view of the same, the Appellant intends to withdraw the Appeal. 3.

The Appellant intend to simply withdraw the appeals since the entire amount has been deposited in the reference Court and same has been withdrawn by the respective claimants/respondents and as such, nothing is remained. The appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn. The Court Fee Refund Certificate be issued in favour of appellants. Civil applications, if any, pending also stand disposed of.
