The sentence awarded to the applicant is suspended and he is admitted on bail, on condition that he shall deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/-, in this Court, within a period of four weeks from today and shall attend the Trial Court once in every six months. Two consecutive defaults in attending the Trial Court shall entail the prosecution to move an application for cancellation of bail.
