It is an application to bring on record the legal heirs of appellant No.1/Prahlad Abasaheb Kharat, who died on 1st June, 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Mr. Wagh, holding for Mr. More, learned counsel for applicants and Mr. Morampalle, learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 and 2, are present. None present for respondent No.3 when the matter is out. Appellant No.1/Prahlad Abasaheb Kharat died during the pendency of appeal and during Covid-19 pandemic. His legal heirs need to be brought on record by allowing this application.
