The learned counsel for the respondents in respective writ petitions, submits that the identical controversy, based on the identical set of facts, involving the same petitioner, has already been dealt with by this Court vide judgment dated 8.10.2014 delivered in writ petition No. 3382 of 2014.

In the light of above, the impugned judgments in these writ petitions delivered by the Industrial Court cannot be said to be perverse or an erroneous. Thus, no interference in the impugned judgments is called for. The writ petitions, being devoid of merit therefore, are dismissed. In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs.
