We have considered the submissions of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5 and the learned AGP on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3. 2.

It is submitted on behalf of the Zilla Parishad that the process for considering the online applications for intradistrict transfers is being conducted. If the petitioner files an online application, the said application would be considered during this process.

If the petitioner prefers an online application within 10 days, the same would be considered by the Zilla Parishad in the ongoing intra-district transfer process, in accordance with the applicable circulars and policies.
