It is clarified that in the observations made by this Court in clause (e) of paragraph 10 of the order dated 4th March, 2015, passed in Writ Petition No.7461 of 2014, while dealing with the controversy as ordered, the Assistant Charity Commissioner shall decide the matter after taking into account the over all view of the matter before it, in the background of the documentary evidence and other material, apart from findings recorded by the criminal court in Regular Criminal Case No.52 of 1999, decided on 30th July, 2013,.
