We have considered the submissions of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5 and the learned AGP on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3. 2.

In this matter, the petitioner had made a physical application directly to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar. On it's rejection, an appeal is preferred before the Commissioner, which is pending.

It is submitted on behalf of the Zilla Parishad that the process for considering the online applications for intra-

*2* 918wp9726o22 district transfers is being conducted and if the petitioner files an online application, the said application would be considered during this process. The earlier rejection would not be a legal impediment.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

If the petitioner prefers an online application within 10 days, the same would be considered by the Zilla Parishad in the ongoing intra-district transfer process, in accordance with the applicable circulars and policies.
