This Court has directed the Municipal Council to remove encroachment over the open space and road handed over to the Municipal Council by the Griha Nirman Society. The order passed by us is self explanatory and need not be reviewed. If at all the the applicant has any grievance or apprehension, it would be open for him to avail of the remedies as are available in law. The Review Application as well as Civil Application No.11809 of 2015 are devoid of substance and stand rejected.
