Mr. Talhar, learned counsel on instruction submits that the petitioner would file a civil suit.

Mr. Sapkal, learned Senior Counsel appears for respondent No. 2 and submits that the demolition has taken place. 3.

According to Mr. Talhar, learned advocate some shops are still not demolished.

In view of the request made, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner may avail the remedy as may be permissible under law. In that event all contentions of the parties are kept open. 5.

For the period of seven days, status-quo as on today be maintained. Needless to state that after the period seven days is over

WP No.11160/21 the protection granted shall come to an end.

No costs.
