The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the application for issuance of the tribe certificate is pending since August 2020 with the Sub Divisional Officer, Udgir, Dist. Latur. The same is not decided.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondent.

In case, the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate is pending with the Sub Divisional Officer, Udgir, then the respondent shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from today.
