By this application, applicant seeks to condone the delay of 148 days caused in filing the present appeal. 3.

Perusal of the reasons shows that the delay is occasioned on account of administrative reasons. It is not intentional.

In that view of the matter, application deserves to be allowed. Hence, following order:

ORDER

a) Civil Application is allowed.

b) Delay of 148 days caused in filing the appeal, is hereby condoned.

c) Appeal be registered. On registration of appeal, issue notice to respondents returnable on 21.03.2025. Mr. Patil, waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 5. d) Call for Record and Proceeding.
