Present application is filed by the applicants - claimants seeking directions that the remaining amount, which is allowed to be withdrawn by this Court by order dated 30-04-2025 passed in Civil Application No.5005 of 2025, be paid to applicant namely Shobhabai Tarachand Narhade. 2.

Learned counsel submitted that Shobhabai is one of the applicants and other applicants - claimants have filed affidavit Exh.R-5 giving "No Objection" for payment of above amount to Shobhabai. 3.

Learned APP has no objection for making payment to said applicant. 4.
