Perused the order dated 08.06.2010, passed by the learned Single in Writ Petition No.7620 of 2009. On perusal of the order, we do not find any reason to cause interference in the order impugned in this appeal.
The ends of justice would be met if the Revenue authorities are directed to dispose of the proceedings expeditiously and as far as possible, within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed. The Revenue authorities shall deal with the matter on its own merits and in accordance with the directions issued by the learned Single Judge.
