Petitioner is claiming refund of security deposit deposited in joint account of petitioner and the project agency. The amount is stated to have been deposited in the year 1995. According to petitioner the contract work has been executed however, on perusal of the documents annexed to petition, there appears to be some controversy in respect of execution of work between petitioner and the contractor. Petition raises questions of facts which need to be adjudicated by the competent court. It would be open for the petitioner to avail of alternate remedies available in law for redressal of grievance.
