The applicants are seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No.588 of 2020 registered with Taluka Jalna Police Station, District Jalna for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 504, 506 of IPC. Their application with similar prayer bearing Criminal Misc. Petition (Bail) No.1587 of 2020 came to be rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalna.

Heard both the sides.

It appears that there is a longstanding dispute between two families on account of common Bandh of the agricultural field. It further appears that the incident had taken place on account of some trifling reason. The informant though sustained four injuries on his person, those injuries are simple in nature, as per the Medico Legal Certificate. Furthermore, there are two more injured witnesses namely Kadubai and Kishor, however, both of them have also sustained the simple injuries. There is no criminal history. The applicants are agriculturists by occupation. The investigation is almost over for all practical purposes and the formality of filing chargesheet is only remained. Thus, by imposing certain conditions, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail. Hence, following order :

2. KRUSHNA UTTAM KHARAT, 3. SUNIL UTTAM KHARAT and 4. SANGITA SUNIL KHARAT in connection with Crime No.588 of 2020 registered with Taluka Jalna Police Station, District Jalna for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147,
148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 504, 506 of IPC. be released on bail on furnishing P.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) each with one surety of the like amount each on the following conditions :- a] The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
b] The applicants shall attend the concerned police station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 8.00 to 11.00 a.m. till filing of the charge-sheet.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
