Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Learned counsel for rest of the respondents did not turn up to this court.

The application is for seeking permission to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 Prataprao Bhupalrao Raje-Nimbalkar. The learned counsel submits that respondent No.1 died on 06.06.2015. The applicant is intending to bring the legal heirs of respondent No.1-Prataprao on record. He produced the death certificate of respondent No.1.

In view of the nature of the subject matter, there is no impediment to allow the applicant to bring 1/2
