Heard learned counsel for applicant- Acquiring Body and learned counsel for respondents-original claimants. Learned AGP is present on behalf of respondent- State. Perused the applications. 2.

There shall be stay to the execution, operation and implementation of impugned Judgments and Awards passed by the learned Reference Court in Land Acquisition References on condition that applicant/appellant - Acquiring Body shall deposit 75 % of the entire amount of compensation pursuant to Award along with interest accrued thereon in this court within a period of eight weeks from today. Failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the respondents/original claimants to avail the recourse of law for execution of the award within ambit of law. 3.
