The learned AGP submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 24/04/2019, the Revenue Authorities initiated steps through the Tahsil Office, Paithan for attaching the property of the applicant. After the said notice was issued for attachment, the applicant deposited the remainder amount of Rs. 50,000/- with the office of the Tahsildar, Paithan. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the above information has been communicated to him by a letter dated 18/07/2019 signed by the Tahsildar, Paithan.

In view of the above, the recovery proceedings are completed. This Civil Application stands disposed off. 4.

The Tahsildar, Paithan shall expeditiously deposit the said amount in this Court and the Registry of this Court shall accordingly apportion the said amount as per the directions of this Court vide order dated 05/07/2018 in Writ Petition No. 12077/2017.
