We have heard learned counsel for the applicant for sufficient time.e. We are not inclined to entertain this crime.inal application since the charge sheet came.e to be fled in January, 2018 in connection with Crime.e No. 436 of 2016 registered with Police Station Jalna, Taluka & District, Jalna under 406, 420 and 507 read with 34 of IPC. The applicant is however at liberty to fle an application for discharge before the trial court in the pending case, if the charge is yet not frame.ed, till this time.e. 2.
