The Petitioner is aggrieved that though this Court had passed an order on 15.12.2022 in Writ Petition No.12583/2022, his request for recruitment as a Forest Labourer in the light of the Government Resolution dated 16.10.2012, is still not decided.

Having considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the respective sides, we find that the Forest Department will have to scrutinize each case of such applicants. It is a long drawn process. The authenticity of the documents also has to be tested.

In view of the above, we grant further time of 120 days to the concerned Respondents to verify the case of the Petitioner and all such similar cases, meticulously and by taking into account the authentic record available. 4.
