Learned AGP submits that due to office procedure, Appeals could not be submitted within period of limitation. The delay caused in filing the Appeals is not intentional but because of the administrative difficulties and for the reasons beyond the control of the concerned authorities. In view above submissions and for the reasons stated in the Applications, delay caused in filing the appeals is hereby condoned and the Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of.
