The petitioners have submitted the proposal for validation only on 20-09-2021 and have filed the petitions on 04-10-2021 seeking direction to the respondent-Committee to decide the validation proceedings immediately on the ground that they are exploring the possibility of admission to the professional course. 3.

We cannot issue positive direction to the Committee to decide the validation proceedings within a particular period. 4.

The petitioners may appear before the Committee on 18-10-2021.

The Committee, if it is possible for it, may endeavour to decide the proceedings expeditiously.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
