Heard learned counsel for the applicant/ appellant and learned counsel for the respondents. 2.

The impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court is stayed till final hearing of the

ca7707-2015+ appeals subject to condition that the applicant/appellant deposits entire compensation amount awarded by the Reference Court together with accrued interest thereon within a period of twelve weeks from the date of passing of this order. In case of default in depositing the compensation amount, the stay shall stand vacated without further reference to this Court. The Civil Applications are accordingly allowed and disposed of.
