PER COURT :- 1.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner desires to pursue the prayer for early decision in his pending claim for validation, as belonging to Thakur S.T. category.

As like the other petitioners, who have been protected by the orders of this Court, the petitioner's service, which is now posted on supernumerary post, will also be protected untill the decision of the committee.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions:- a) The petitioner would tender a copy of this order, obtained from

wp10307.22 -2the official website of the Bombay High Court, to the competent committee at Amravati, on or before 15.02.2023. c) The committee shall endeavour to decide the pending proceeding of the petitioner, on or before 30.06.2023. d) The petitioner would render wholehearted cooperation to the competent committee in the pending proceeding and shall refrain from seeking adjournment on unreasonable or trivial grounds, lest the committee would be justified in progressing to the next stage in the proceedings.

e) The services of the petitioner would be protected until the decision of the committee in the pending proceeding. f) The petitioner would also tender his latest postal address, Email Ids. as well as his registered mobile number, in order to enable the competent committee to enter into correspondence with the petitioner.
